Shipping policy

Order processing In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Signed pre-orders are dispatched once stock arrives; the expected date is shown on the product page. Shipping within New Zealand Orders are sent via courier and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Rural deliveries can take a little longer. International shipping We ship to selected countries outside New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost. Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email tom@tomhishon.com with your order number and we'll chase it up.
